Melbournes all girl shambollic 60s garage supergroup
OPENING NIGHT PARTY with THE SHAMBELLES
The Shambelles are an all girl, 60′s super group, bustin’ out a variety of obscure covers, some old fav’s (The Easy Beats, Wanda Jackson, The Kinks) and the odd original tune, featuring: Julia/Tanya on butt kickin’ drums; Monica Weightman on string shreddin’ lead guitar/b.v’s; Alics Gate-Eastley on chic, nifty, bass grooves/b.v’s; and Jody Galvin belting out soulful vocals and robot moves!! They’ve been causing havoc around the country for a couple of years now, leaving no-one free from a grin on their face and a swing in their hips!
Entry is $15 (incl donation to the Chillout 2012, Daylesford S.E.S.).
Dinner available 6-9pm. Bookings advised on 53482207.
